Rapture and End Times

“And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” (Luke 21:25-28)

The number 40 generally symbolizes a period of testing, trial or probation.

The Jewish month of Elul is known as the month of repentance before the Jewish Fall Feasts.

From the first of Elul to Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the year, is 40 days.

In history, this is the same time Moses went back up the mountain to make atonement for the sin of the golden calf, coming down on Yom Kippur (Exodus 34:1-28)

Jesus was tested in the desert for the same time period, before beginning His ministry on Yom Kippur (Luke 4:16-21).

Along with all of the other signs pointing to the Rapture and end times this year, a dramatic one will be seen by millions of Americans. It is coming on August 21, 2017, and darkness will fall across the face of America. It is the Great American Eclipse.

It is the same “shadow of death” that happened on August 21st, 1914 when a total solar eclipse crossed over Eastern Europe shortly after the outbreak of World War I. Interestingly, it crossed over the site of ancient Nineveh in Mosul, Iraq.

Known as the “War to End All Wars,” — which, of course, it didn’t — World War I would introduce humanity to the horrors of modern warfare, including the introduction of armored tanks, aerial bombing and poison gas. And then there was the terror of trench warfare, with Allied and Central Powers slugging it out for years with little gain.

The first of Elul starts on August 21, 2017. This is the time of testing for America. From a Biblical perspective, we are the United States of Nineveh. The Lord is sickened by our Laodicean complacency.

Those called of God NOW are under probation, or judgment, based on how they live by every word of God.

Our goal has been to provide solid Biblical teachings, with a focus on End Time events. The result has been a world-wide ministry of sowing the Good News and winning the lost for Christ. Today we are lead to encourage Christians in the United States of America and throughout the world to pray for this nation.

China calls for “restraint” after NKorea claims first successful ICBM test / DEBKAfile, July 4, 2017

North Korea claimed that it had successfully tested an intercontinental ballistic missile Tuesday for the first time, saying it could “reach anywhere in the world.” According to state media, the Hwasong-14 missile reached a height of 2,802 km and may have landed in Japan’s Exclusive Economic Zone. It was launched from Panghyon in the north to travel more than 930 km – according to the South Korean military, further than the May 14 missile launch, which experts said was its most successful ever, reaching a then-record altitude of around 2,100 kilometers. The Chinese foreign ministry put out an appeal to all parties to exercise “restraint.”

Kim Jong Un appears to have timed his latest missile test for US July 4 Independence day and ahead of the G20 summit later this week.

Military option for North Korea being prepared for Trump, McMaster says / Fox News, June 29, 2017

The Trump administration is considering a wider range of strategies on how to deal with North Korea, including the military option, Trump’s national security adviser said Wednesday.

“The threat is much more immediate now and so it’s clear that we can’t repeat the same approach – failed approach of the past,” H.R. McMaster, the adviser, said during a security conference with Homeland Security Chief John Kelly.

He said it would be insanity to continue to do the same thing the U.S. has done for years and expect a different result.

McMaster’s comments come a day before Trump is scheduled to meet with South Korean President Moon Jae-in. South Korea’s new leader vowed to stand firmly with Trump against North Korea, downplaying his past advocacy for a softer approach toward the isolated regime.

Not not long ago America was a beacon of hope to the world. To our shame, the United States of America embraced the globalist agenda over the fundamental Christian values that made us leader among nations.

Today our country is a hollow shell of the Founding Father’s vision. Divinely endowed natural rights for all citizens are now defined as arbitrary and subordinate to a contrived specter of an imaginary world community – governed by the few – so the many can serve those who set the rules.

America is one of the leaders of a One World Government, that is not in the future. It exists now, in the form of:

A one world government – The United Nations

A one world economy – The Group of 20 

A one world religious umbrella – The United Religions

The Scriptures are clear that civil government is an institution and process that God the Creator has given to mankind. The Constitution provides “We the People” with a representative body of government. Where are the people called to intercede on behalf of their neighbors, especially those in authority?

 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:1-4) 

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. (Psalm 33:12)

Nations are secretly and openly preparing for war. We must pray for forgiveness and for our land to be healed! It is time to wake up and get spiritually ready.

The Lord tells us:

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Join us in praying for this country, and for a great harvest of souls. As “watchmen on the wall,” we believe that the time before the Rapture and the Tribulation is very short, and these 40 days are critical.
