The Confirmation of the Covenant

One of the critical signs are pointing to the imminent Rapture of the Church is a comprehensive peace plan that allows the rebuilding of Jewish Temple. Over the last 2 years, efforts have accelerated rapidly in that direction:

Abbas welcomes UN resolution, calls on Israel to talk peace / Times of Israel, December 25, 2016

“The world said its word that settlement in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967, including East Jerusalem, is illegal,” Abbas said Saturday night, according to a translation of his remarks posted by Xinhua.

The Palestinian leader called on Israel “to sit together at the negotiation table to discuss all the outstanding issues between us and resolve them with good intentions… we are neighbors on this holy land and we want peace.

“You (Israel) have your state, and we can have our state, and then we can live side-by-side in peace and security,” he continued, going on to invoke the Arab Peace Initiative, under which 57 Arab and Islamic countries would normalize relations with Israel should it reach a peace agreement with the Palestinians.

Erdogan calls on Muslims to ‘protect Jerusalem’ / Israel National News, November 30, 2016

Turkish President urges all Muslims to “defend the Palestinian cause” and protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque from “Israeli discrimination”.

He also underscored the need for a “two-state solution” to solve the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA).

The only way for permanent peace in the Middle East is a free and independent Palestinian state with a capital in East Jerusalem,” said Erdogan, according to Al Jazeera.

“It is not possible to provide peace in the region without bandaging this wound in the Middle East,” he added.

Israel and Turkey recently restored ties that were severed in 2010 after the 2010 Mavi Marmara incident.

Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan Holds Rally In Berlin

The Beast will soon offer up his services to help mediate a peace agreement between Israel and all of her Arab and Muslim neighbors. This is fitting with his Neo-Ottoman Empire dreams. Keep in mind, Turkey’s Ottoman Empire dominated Jerusalem for 400 years, from 1517 to 1917. One hundred years later, 2017, Erdogan will try to usher in his new order.

Open letter to Erdoğan: Be a peace broker between Palestinians and Israelis / Hurriyet Daily News, April 13, 2006

An open letter to Prime Minister Erdoğan by prominent Arab writer Latif Lakhdar

Mr. Erdoğan, leader of the ruling Justice and Development Party and prime minister of Turkey,

You are a rare Muslim leader. You displayed, indeed, a rare quality of being able to quickly shift from the theology of suicidal jihad to modern politics, with all that the shift requires in terms of adjusting the means to the sought after objectives, taking into account the specific historical conditions. To this aim, you implemented most of the European Union requirements in terms of penal law, you fully recognized the rights of the Kurdish minority and you adopted the modern institutions and values of rationality and global humanism at the expense of old values of specificity. And it could never be overstated how your intellectual flexibility allowed you to adapt to current-day requirements.

This is what encouraged me to send you this letter, with the hope that your initiative — to be outlined below — may help the more intellectually flexible segment in the Hamas leadership and the rest of Arab political Islam to revise their old assumptions and adopt your own pragmatic approach, based on an objective reading of the current balance of power, not the old religious texts…

Dear Prime Minister Erdoğan, I personally believe that your worthy initiative may well succeed, since Hamas’s psychological complex is mainly due to the refusal of the world to deal with it, in addition to being on the United States and European Union’s list of terror organizations. As a result, its moderate wing may well find it a good deal to give up jihad in exchange for international recognition.

Your initiative will give your party and your country regional and world prominence, and you will personally enter history as a major peacemaker in the Arab/Israeli conflict.

CHINA-G20-SUMMIT

Erdogan’s ‘win-win’ on the world stage / Al-Monitor, September 9, 2016

It is true that the current Turkish government is central to geopolitics, and there is no one who is more aware of this fact than Erdogan himself. His awareness — and perhaps even more than that, his political wit — is the main reason he is snubbing Europe and the United States and going freelance in Syria.

His snubbing produced dividends, and his contacts with US President Barack Obama, Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel at the G-20 summit in Hangzhou, China, are clear indicators of this.

Anybody who knows Erdogan closely and understands his modus operandi knows that his flirting with Russia and Iran was a “win-win” policy.

If Turkey was sidelined by the Western world, he would have done the necessary groundwork to be on the same page with Russia and Iran in a new international alignment that would replace Turkey’s Western vocation. That would be a win. His flirting with Russia and Iran would also work as leverage in getting the United States and Europe to support him. That would also be a win.

And he won. Erdogan is like a master poker player. He not only plays his own cards very well, but he also has the gift of seeing the cards in the hands of the others across the table.

Turkey can help Middle East peace process / The Great Middle East, April 7, 2016

Turkey will make a “significant contribution” to the Middle East peace process following reconciliation with Israel, Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Sunday.

In a TV interview on TRT Haber, Cavusoglu said the six-year hiatus in Turkish-Israeli relations had hindered Ankara’s role in bringing peace to the region.

Turkey will make a significant contribution to Middle East peace in the next process,” he said. As he spoke, 11,000 tons of aid from Turkey was making its way to the Gaza Strip.

All indications are that soon the Temple Mount area will be restored to the Jewish people, allowing the construction of the Third Temple to begin. How will this be possible? Just as Cyrus, the king of Persia, was prompted by God in 538 B.C.  to make a decree that the Temple in Jerusalem should be rebuilt, so will a modern political leader be prompted.

Just as Cyrus was a non-believer, so will this leader be. In fact, he will enter into an agreement with the Beast or Antichrist, and secure a peace treaty between the modern nation of Israel and its neighbors following the Ezekiel war (Ezekiel 38 – 39).

Third_Temple_&_Dome_of_the_Rock

This agreement is called the Arab-Israeli Peace Agreement. This Middle East peace initiative is the major End Times sign, and indicates the beginning of the 7 year Tribulation. It is the prophetic trip wire that is more critical than any other modern sign.

This agreement will guarantee a two-state Israeli-Palestinian solution, with the conditions that the Palestinians end violence, act against “all those engaged in terror”, draw up a constitution, hold elections and the Israelis would stop settlement activities and act with military restraint.

In return, Arab countries will recognize Israel and her right to exist.

A modern version of the Sanhedrin  stands ready to resume the Temple sacrifice at a moment’s notice:

Menorah and Oil Stand Ready for Third Temple as Hanukkah Approaches / Breaking Israel News, November 17, 2016

“The oil is ready, so if the government decided to permit it, we are ready to go up to the Temple Mount and light the menorah,” affirmed Rabbi Yaakov Savir, appointed by the Sanhedrin to oversee the complex oil-making process.

He explained that lighting the menorah is actually considered a ritual offering to God: “The oil is burned just like an animal sacrifice and is considered one of the daily Temple offerings.”

“We can do this part of the Temple service on the Temple Mount right now without building a Temple. We are preparing the oil now, so that if the situation suddenly arises, we will be ready to perform this mitzvah (Torah commandment),” Rabbi Savir told Breaking Israel News.

“It is clear though, that the Temple will be rebuilt. It may happen sooner or it may happen later, but people are becoming more conscious of  the Temple, studying about it, and the number of visitors to the Temple Mount is rising rapidly. It is inevitable that the will of the people, their desire to build the Temple, will become a reality.

Shocking Upset Victories as Israel Approaches 70th Year Portend Change Bringing Third Temple / By Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz March 9, 2017

Third_Temple_&_Dome_of_the_Rock

After a year typified by upset victories in sports and politics, some rabbis sees this week’s ‘turnaround’ holiday of Purim leading up to the celebration of Israel’s 70th year as a portal that will open the way for the most impressive upset victory of all time: the Third Temple.

“That is precisely the power of belief that is needed to bring the Third Temple,” Rabbi Apisdorf said. “The belief in things that literally no one saw coming. Judaism today does not even remotely relate to what it will be when the Temple comes, and that could literally be tomorrow. We can’t even imagine it.”

On top of that, Trump’s victory also had clear connections to the Biblical story of Purim, according to Rabbi Lazer Brody, an American-born Hasidic rabbi and teacher.

Rabbi Brody noted remarkable similarities between the new American president and Biblical King Ahashverosh. The rabbi said that despite being non-Jews, both men have Jewish grandchildren, and both leaders were wealthy and powerful, but did not come from political or royal backgrounds.

“After the destruction of the First Temple, it took 70 years for Israel to wake up and build the Second Temple,” the rabbi explained. “After May 14, Israel will be going into its 70th year. This is the year that Israel will go through big changes. It is when we wake up to the real reason we were brought back into the land.”

Trump mulls Middle East peace conference / ynet news.com, March 12, 2017

Trump mulls Middle East peace

After Friday’s phone call between United States President Donald Trump and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, the White House now says that a Middle East peace conference is a real possibility. The American leader sends his advisor on Israel, Jason Greenblatt, to begin talks with Israelis and Palestinians.

The White House said in a statement that the two leaders on Friday discussed ways to advance peace throughout the Middle East, including a comprehensive agreement that would end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

“The president noted that such a deal would not only give Israelis and Palestinians the peace and security they deserve, but that it would reverberate positively throughout the region and the world,” the White House clarified.

In a statement made by the Palestinian authority, Trump is stated to have said that “it is time we end the suffering which lasted for 70 years.” Abbas responded that they are “committed to peace, as a strategic achievement in an overall effort to found a Palestinian state alongside Israel.”

“We are ready to deal with President Trump and the Israeli government to resume the negotiations,” said Abbas’ spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh. “If the Israelis are ready, President Abbas has committed himself to a peaceful deal with President Trump.” He added that they are pleased with the call and its results.

Palestinian media report PA president heading to Washington next month, a week after he spoke to Trump for the first time.

According to the readout, Abbas told Greenblatt that “he believes that under President Trump’s leadership a historic peace deal is possible, and that it will enhance security throughout the region.”

The US administration is currently said to be weighing how to proceed with a renewed peace effort after Abbas’s visit to Washington. One possibility being considered is a regional summit, to be held in Egypt or Jordan.

The 70 year countdown is almost completed. It is amazing that different political and religious players are all feeling the same impulse.

Oktar
A Muslim Looking Forward to the Third Temple? / Israel Today, July 10, 2016

The following is a press release from Turkish religious figure Adnan Oktar, who recently hosted a number of Israeli Jewish officials during Ramadan and very interestingly expressed his anticipation for the restoration of the Temple in Jerusalem.

Mr. Adnan Oktar, prominent Muslim opinion leader from Turkey, welcomed a delegation of rabbis and politicians from Israel for the iftar dinner he hosted in Istanbul on June 22, 2016. Rabbi Dov Lipman, a top officer from the World Zionist Organization, was among those attending the dinner, along with many Muslim, Jewish and Christian representatives. Following his visit to Istanbul, Rabbi Lipman noted that he was very pleased with the friendship and goodwill blessings he received in Turkey, and the previous negative image about Turkey in his mind had completely changed.

Mr. Oktar’s guests from Israel also appeared on his live program on the A9 television channel, and applauded Mr. Oktar’s unwavering efforts to end anti-Jewish sentiment in Turkey. The program saw important statements on relations between Israel and Turkey, peace in the region and the world, and in particular on the friendship between Muslims and Jews.

Mr. Adnan Oktar explained that the days when the Prophet Solomon’s Masjid and Palace (Solomon’s Temple) will be rebuilt in an atmosphere of global peace and tranquility are at hand. Rabbi Ben Abrahamson, who is a historian and consultant to the Sanhedrin regarding issues related to Islam, emphasized that the rebuilding of the Temple is a very good development for all mankind.

Mr. Oktar said that Muslims, Jews and Christians share many common values and the current opposition was a ploy of satan. He said people of reason who are full of love should come together and enourage peace and love.

When Mr. Adnan Oktar was asked what should be done to dispel the tension between Muslims and Jews, he urged the Israeli and Turkish governments to be more courageous, and not be influenced by loveless articles published in the media or be concerned with loss of votes.

At first the Antichrist will seem to solve many of the world’s problems and he will be considered great in the eyes of most in the world. Representing the Muslims, the Antichrist will help mediate a peace agreement in the Middle East, especially with Israel.

‘I love Turkey’: Jubilant Erdogan supporters celebrate coup failure / Times of Israel, July 17, 2016

24 hours after putsch attempt, tens of thousands take to public squares across country to back strongman president and rail against ‘traitors’Erdogan had already managed to successfully mobilize supporters on Friday, calling on them to defy a curfew declared by the putschists and help crush the attempted coup by elements within the military. But even after the danger passed, the triumphant leader urged people to come out again on Saturday and show their numbers. In the crowd, elderly men, women and children wore headbands emblazoned with the president’s name.

He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:16-18)

In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, the word of the Lord spoken through Jeremiah was fulfilled. The Lord put it into the mind of King Cyrus of Persia to issue a proclamation throughout his entire kingdom and also to put it in writing:This is what King Cyrus of Persia says: The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and has appointed me to build Him a temple at Jerusalem in Judah. Whoever among you of His people may go up, and may the Lord his God be with him. (2 Chronicles 36:22-23)

Cyrus the Great (around 600  B.C.) figures in the Hebrew Bible as the patron and deliverer of the Jews. He is mentioned 20 times by name and alluded to several times more. According to the Bible, in the first year of his reign he was prompted by God to make a decree that the Temple in Jerusalem should be rebuilt and that such Jews as cared to might return to their land for this purpose. Moreover, he showed his interest in the project by sending back with them the sacred vessels which had been taken from the First Temple and a considerable sum of money with which to buy building materials.

Donald Trump appears to be a modern day version of Cyrus the Great. As President of the United States, he is one of the most powerful leaders in human history. He wants to help Israel. This peace agreement would pave the way for the Temple to be rebuilt.

Half-shekel coin bears profile of Trump / Israel National News, February 21, 2018

Trump-half-shekel temple-half-shekel

Temple organizations have issued a half-shekel coin, the likes of which the Torah mandates every Jewish male must donate to the Temple, with a weight of 9.5 grams in real silver.

On the facade of the coin is a picture of the Temple with the inscription “Half Shekel.” On the other side is the figure of US President Donald Trump, alongside Cyrus, King of Persia, who made the building of the Second Temple possible. Below them is the inscription, “Cyrus – Balfour – Trump – Declaration 2018.”

The producers of the coin say that it is in high demand abroad. Prof. Hillel Weiss, Chairman of the organization “Hamikdash Betzion” (The Temple in Zion), says that the motivation to embed the image of the President of the United States on the coin is gratitude for his support of Israel and especially for the recognition of our sovereignty over Jerusalem.. “This is a historic act for which the Jewish people is grateful,” says Weiss, who believes that the declaration sets off a process at the height of which the Temple will be rebuilt.

Pompeo says two-state solution

In Jordan, Pompeo says two-state solution a ‘likely outcome’ / The Times of Israel, April 30, 2018

Speaking in the Jordanian capital of Amman as he wrapped up the Middle East leg of his first overseas trip as America’s top diplomat, Pompeo called on the Palestinians to return to long-stalled peace talks with Israel. He said the United States is open to a two-state solution to the conflict if both parties agree, calling it a “likely outcome.”

Israel needs new regional alliances

Why Israel needs new regional alliances / Al-Monitor, April 24, 2018

Most important is to establish a new regional alliance, based on the Arab Peace Initiative first proposed by Saudi Arabia in 2002 that is still valid until today. It would actually be a defense treaty between Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Israel. Its strategic goal would be building a military and technological shield against Iran. It would develop and produce a Star Wars-like project much like President Ronald Reagan’s to forestall and pre-empt the Iranian ballistic nuclear arsenal; this would be the result of scientific and financial cooperation among the member states. This new alliance will have additional defensive tasks in thwarting terrorism and subversion in the Middle East.

To be clear, this indispensable alliance will never be built if the two-state solution is not fully implemented. A clear conclusion from all my meetings across the region in recent years is that there is no Arab leader — no matter how fearful of Iran — who would agree to stand under a defense umbrella with Israel absent this solution, thereby abandoning the Palestinian cause. The solution is a Palestinian sovereign state, in the approximate 1967 borders, demilitarized, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

KUSHNER GREENBLATT TO VISIT REGION FOR PEACE PLAN

KUSHNER, GREENBLATT TO VISIT REGION FOR PEACE PLAN TALKS / The Jerusalem Post June 13, 2018

NEW YORK – Senior Trump administration officials will visit the Middle East next week to consult regional governments on their plan for Israeli-Palestinian peace.

Jared Kushner and Jason Greenblatt, the two White House officials leading the effort, will ask Israeli, Egyptian and Saudi Arabian leadership for input on when might be best to release the detailed peace plan, which is largely finished. The team says it wants to publish the proposals “when the circumstances are right,” but a breakdown in relations with the Palestinians has frustrated their plans.

Trump peace proposal

Report: US official says Trump peace proposal won’t be the ‘Bibi plan’ / The Times of Israel June 14, 2018

The US peace proposal won’t unfairly favor Israel over the Palestinians, Channel 10 reported on Wednesday, citing American officials familiar with the Trump administration’s efforts.

“Our peace plan won’t be the Bibi plan. It will be fair, balanced, realistic and fitting,” the report quoted a US official as saying, referring to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The sources told the network there will be parts of the plan — which has yet to be unveiled — that both Israel and the Palestinians won’t like.

The Arab-Israeli Peace Initiative (or covenant) will be signed one way or another, and it will revolve around an initial 7 year security agreement.

What does the Bible say about this?

” Seventy weeks are determined
For your people and for your holy city,
To finish the transgression,
To make an end of sins,
To make reconciliation for iniquity,
To bring in everlasting righteousness,
To seal up vision and prophecy,
And to anoint the Most Holy.
” Know therefore and understand,
That from the going forth of the command
To restore and build Jerusalem
Until Messiah the Prince,
There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
The street shall be built again, and the wall,
Even in troublesome times.
” And after the sixty-two weeks
Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.
Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
Even until the consummation, which is determined,
Is poured out on the desolate.”

(Daniel 9:24-27)

What does Daniel’s prophesy mean?

A total of 70 “weeks” are determined for “thy people”, Daniel’s people, the Jews.

The reason we know that the 70th “week” lasts 7 years is that the 7 “weeks” and 62 “weeks” (a total of 69 “weeks”), which have already happened, lasted exactly 483 years = 69 weeks  X  7 years/week.  The Messiah made His triumphant entry into the City of Jerusalem (Mathew 21:8) exactly 483 years after the commandment of Artaxerxes to rebuild the temple, March 14, 445 B.C. Subsequently He was “cutoff”, crucified as recorded in Daniel 9:26.  Please note that He was crucified after the 7 weeks and the 62 weeks. That is, He was crucified after the 69th week.

Since God said he would deal with the Jews as a nation for 70 “weeks” and He promised to regather them nationally in the future in preparation for His Coming, then, God plans to deal with the nation Israel for 1 “week” before He returns.

To anyone who pays attention to world events and history, the moves against Israel in 2018 should be setting off Armageddon alarms. For all the troubles in the world, it seems little Israel is at the center of the discussions. Truly, Jerusalem is a heavy stone for all the peoples:

UN General Assembly condemns Israels excessive force

The UN General Assembly condemns Israel’s “excessive force” in Gaza / Debka, June 14, 2018

Early Thursday, the UN General Assembly voted for an Arab-backed resolution condemning Israel for “excessive use of force” in the Gaza Strip and calling for protection for its Palestinian civilian population. It referred to the 130 Palestinian casualties in cross-border clashes with Israeli troops. The measure was carried by 120 nations, with 45 abstaining and eight voting against, including the US, Australia and Israel. US Ambassador Nikki Haley proposed amendments to the one-sided resolution that would also condemn Hamas for firing rockets into Israel, inciting violence during the border protests and using resources that could help civilians build terror tunnels to infiltrate Israel. Her proposal failed to obtain the mandatory two-thirds support.

“Look, I will make Jerusalem a cup that causes staggering for the peoples who surround the city… On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who try to lift it will injure themselves severely when all the nations of the earth gather against her.“

(Zechariah 12:2 – 3)

Some 3,500 years ago the Canaanites inhabited the land that God promised to give to the offspring of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. God promised that He would give the land of Israel to the Jewish people as an eternal possession. The promise was unconditional. God confirmed it at least 55 times with an oath and stated at least 12 times that the covenant was everlasting.

“In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning My inheritance, My people Israel, for they scattered My people among the nations and divided up My land.” (Joel 3:1-2)

We believe that this Peace Treaty will begin the dark one “week” or 7 year period called the Tribulation, and that this will start very shortly. The Rapture will occur before then.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan

The agreement will be violated by Israel’s enemies half-way through the 7 years, and the Islamic leader will take the Lord’s place in the Temple and declare himself to be God. He is the Beast (or Antichrist).

Third_Temple_&_Dome_of_the_Rock

What did Jesus Christ say about this “abomination of desolation”?

“Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened. (Matthew 24:15-22)

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction come upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

Hitler_Erdogan_1

We do not think it is a coincidence that the predicted “season” of the Lord’s return will also be the time of great distress on the Earth due to these catastrophic political events. The Lord knows that He needs to rescue His bride at this time.

I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” (Rev 3:18-22)

If you are not sure that you are saved, you can accept Christ into your life right now, by praying:

“Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins.  Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life.  I ask you in to my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior.”
