Rapture and End Times

Jesus told the crowds all these things in parables, and He would not speak anything to them without a parable, so that what was spoken through the prophet might be fulfilled:

I will open My mouth in parables;
I will declare things kept secret
from the foundation of the world.

(Matthew 13:34-35)

Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens. For He chose us in Him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love, He predestined us to be adopted through Jesus Christ for Himself, according to His favor and will, to the praise of His glorious grace that He favored us with in the Beloved. (Ephesians 1:3-6)

Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. (Matthew 25:34)

Our Earth is incredibly old – 4.5 billion years. And yet, the Bible tells us that the Lord had you and me in mind, before the foundation of the world. His plan for us has been unfolding for billions of years. Deep time refers to the entirety of geologic history, an unimaginable length of time that goes far beyond our human scale. Only an infinite God could plan at such scales.

In fact, the Lord’s plan was in place before He even created the Universe:

Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to build up the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness, in the hope of eternal life that God, who cannot lie, promised before time began. (Titus 1:1-2)

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1)

For most of history since Adam and Eve, philosophers believed in a “steady state” Universe, where there was no beginning and no end. In the 1960’s astronomy advanced enough to prove that the Universe began with an enormous explosion of light, and has been expanding ever since. This explosion was the beginning of time.

The Bible has a lot to say about the Lord, the creation, and time:

In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
He was with God in the beginning.
All things were created through Him,
and apart from Him not one thing was created
that has been created.

(John 1:1-3)

However, we do speak a wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age, or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. On the contrary, we speak God’s hidden wisdom in a mystery, a wisdom God predestined before the ages for our glory.

(1 Corinthians 2:6-7)

He has saved us and called us
with a holy calling,
not according to our works,
but according to His own purpose and grace,
which was given to us in Christ Jesus
before time began.

(2 Timothy 1:9)

A human lifetime averages about 71 years. We can not comprehend a Universe that is 13.7 billion years old. This is deep, deep time.

As Christians, we sometimes become impatient with the Lord’s timing. We wonder when He is going to take us from this world. So, what does the Bible say about the timing of the End Times and the Rapture?

Dear friends, don’t let this one thing escape you: With the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. (2 Peter 3:8)

What is the Lord telling us, through Peter? The Millennial day theory is a belief in Christian eschatology in which the Second Coming of Christ will occur 6,000 years after the creation of mankind, followed by 1,000 years of peace and harmony. The Sabbath Millennium is believed to be synonymous with the Millennial Reign of Christ that is found in Revelation 20.

The common belief and teaching was that a millennial reign would come after a literal six thousand year reign of Man. The scripture in Revelation is clear on the thousand years:

And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. (Revelation 20:4-6)

If you have been following our messages, you know that we show that the Rapture “window of time” is closing rapidly. We know this because the Lord gave Christians very specific signs to look for. He used everyday examples like harvesting crops, marriage, and birth to give us understanding of spiritual events. The birthing example in Revelation 12 can help us to understand what is happening right now.

Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet,and on her head a garland of twelve stars. Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth… She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
(Revelation 12:1-2,5)

Since a woman, in prophecy, usually symbolizes some type of church (Eph. 5:24-33) (II Cor. 11:2), the woman clothed with the sun represents the visible, true church of Christ just as the scarlet-clad woman represents Satan’s church in Revelation 17. Likewise, because there are numerous born-again Christians within the church before the Rapture, the woman is said to be clothed with sunlight, the garment of righteousness and evidence of the indwelling Holy Spirit. (“You are the light of the world.”)

As of 2017, a third of the world’s 7.5 billion people consisted of Christians. Forty percent of all Christians are Protestants, accounting for a population of nearly 900 million.

When the worldwide Rapture happens, it will bring a level of shock we can’t comprehend. People from every segment of society will simply vanish, leaving behind spouses, children, neighbors, and co-workers.  What happens when millions are gone in an instant?

It is highly likely that countries with a high loss of population will simply collapse. The effects to the morale of those who are left behind may just be too much.

Time is running out for planet Earth. It is time NOW for the grand harvest. In the Post-Rapture world, it will be too late!

Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.

Jesus said:

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

(Matthew 28:19-20)

* Pray for His Light to emanate throughout each province to bring about His accomplished Word!!!

* Pray that His breath blows and ignites the flames of the Holy Spirit through the hearts of men, women, and children!!!

* Pray for your angels to be released to do the warfare in the heavens to bring about the will of the Lord through the prayers of the saints!!!

Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work. Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!
(John 4:34-35)

Ask of Me, and I will give You
The nations for Your inheritance,
And the ends of the earth for Your possession. 

(Psalms 2:8)
