Medvedev issues apocalyptic warning to West over Ukraine / RT, September 13, 2022

Western “half-wits” from “stupid think tanks” are leading their countries down the road of nuclear armageddon with their hybrid war against Moscow, former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday. Endlessly funneling weapons and support to Ukraine while pretending not to be directly involved in the conflict will not work, added the deputy chair of the Russian Security Council.

The “security guarantees” proposal unveiled by Kiev on Tuesday was “really a prologue to the Third World War,” said Medvedev, calling it a “hysterical appeal” to Western countries engaged in a proxy war against Russia.

If the West continues its “unrestrained pumping of the Kiev regime with the most dangerous types of weapons,” Russia’s military campaign will move to the next level, where “visible boundaries and potential predictability of actions by the parties to the conflict” will be erased and the conflict will take on a life of its own, as wars always do, Medvedev argued.

“And then the Western nations will not be able to sit in their clean homes, laughing at how they carefully weaken Russia by proxy. Everything will be on fire around them. Their people will harvest their grief in full. The land will be on fire and the concrete will melt,” Medvedev wrote, before citing a Bible verse from Revelations 9:18.

Climate ‘points of no return’ may be much closer than we thought / Live Science, September 15, 2022

Climate tipping points — the “points of no return” past which key components of Earth’s climate will begin to irreversibly break down — could be triggered by much lower temperatures than scientists previously thought, with some tipping points potentially already reached. There are also many more potential tipping points than scientists previously identified, according to a new study.

In climatology, a tipping point is defined as a rise in global temperature past which a localized climate system, or “tipping element” — such as the Amazon rainforest or the Greenland ice sheet — starts to irreversibly decline. Once a tipping point has been reached, that tipping element will experience runaway effects that essentially doom it forever, even if global temperatures retreat below the tipping point.

Erdogan, Savior of Europe… Yet Again / Feniks Politik, July 6, 2021

In his January meeting with EU ambassadors, Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan proclaimed that “the EU accepting Turkey as a full member will be an ontological choice in terms of the future of the Union.”

In the end, Erdogan is arguing that the EU is not living up to its identity due to its ontologically unacceptable strategic policies, or “strategic blindness” as he called it in the January meeting. For him, integrating Turkey into the EU would fix this ontological dilemma, as it would allow the EU to retain its global power status and reaffirm its commitment to a value system that rejects Islamophobia. In other words, Erdogan’s message to Brussels is ‘Let me help you be what you claim to be’.

But why is Erdogan talking about the EU’s uncertainty? First, he loves saving Europe. Erdogan’s pragmatism, masked by rhetorical altruism, towards Europe is very well known. His account that “the European Union needs Turkey more than Turkey needs the EU” has become an idée fixe within Turkey’s discourse on the EU over the past few decades. Very often in recent history, Erdogan has offered Turkey as the EU’s savior from its own disaster. The existential threats to the EU, that Erdogan often makes references to, are of a different nature, mostly related to Brussels’ own economic and security problems. Now, capitalizing on the political mess created by Brexit and the refugee crisis, his manipulative instrumentalization of narratives is designed in a way that will point to the existential threats to the EU’s ontological foundations – the identity of the EU itself. And once again, Erdogan’s suggested ontological solution is Turkey’s membership in the Union.

After John was arrested, Jesus went to Galilee, preaching the good news of God: “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe in the good news!” (Mark 1:14-15)

The Word tells us that Jesus began His ministry at the exact time He needed to – when the time was right. He will come again – for His bride – when the time is right.

Jesus told us to watch for specific signs leading up to his return. These signs are “birth pangs” (Matthew 24:6-7, Mark 13:7-8, and Luke 21:9-11). When these signs begin to happen, we know our redemption is near. While this redemption is ultimately speaking of Israel at the 2nd Coming of Jesus, the birth pangs have already begun. In other words, as the birth pangs increase in frequency and intensity, we know that the Church’s redemption in the Rapture is that much sooner.

What does the Bible say about the timing of the End Times?

On February 6, 1999 I was sitting on my bed praying and the Lord spoke to me in a loud voice.

He said, “Tell them that I love them. Tell them that I care. Tell them that I am coming for them. Prepare, like a man who has been told he has just a short time to live. Heal, forgive, and perform those acts of charity that you have been putting off. Tell everyone that I am coming soon for My bride.”

At this point, He said, “What do you see?” I looked down at the pattern on the bed. It was a pattern of budding flowers.

He said, “Open yourself up to praise Me…receive My love…stretch yourself out to Me”.  After that, He said: “My reward is with Me”.

Then I said: “Lord, give me a sign in the heavens or on the earth, so that they will know that this word is from You!” Then I saw a vision of an arm, up to the shoulder, with a gun in its hand. The gun fired two times. The arm was pointing downward. The Lord said: “There will be two shots fired that will be heard around the world. This is a sign, so they will believe that this word proceeded from My throne.”

After He left, I quickly wrote down what happened so that I would have a record of this message. I sent the message to many churches and ministries, but it was mostly ignored. I went on with my life.

21 years ago, we saw the terrorist attack on the Twin Towers in New York City. I knew then that the Lord confirmed His word. The Lord is coming very soon!

We can evaluate the message, just using the Holy Bible:

“Tell them that I love them”

Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life. For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. (John 3:14-17)

I have spoken these things to you so that My joy may be in you and your joy may be complete. This is My command: Love one another as I have loved you. No one has greater love than this, that someone would lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:11-13)

When they arrived at the place called The Skull, they crucified Him there, along with the criminals, one on the right and one on the left. Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, because they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided His clothes and cast lots. (Luke 23:33-34)

“Tell them that I care”

Look at the birds of the sky: They don’t sow or reap or gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you worth more than they? (Matthew 6:26)

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your care on Him, because He cares about you. (1 Peter 5:6)

Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. (Philippians 4:6)

“Tell them that I am coming for them”

 As the days of Noah were, so the coming of the Son of Man will be. For in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah boarded the ark. They didn’t know until the flood came and swept them all away. So this is the way the coming of the Son of Man will be: Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and one left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and one left. Therefore be alert, since you don’t know what day your Lord is coming. (Matthew 24:37-42)

For we say this to you by a revelation from the Lord: We who are still alive at the Lord’s coming will certainly have no advantage over those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the archangel’s voice, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18)

Your heart must not be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if not, I would have told you. I am going away to prepare a place for you. If I go away and prepare a place for you, I will come back and receive you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also. (John 14:1-3)

“Heal, forgive, and perform those acts of charity that you have been putting off”

The prayer of faith will save the sick person, and the Lord will restore him to health; if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The urgent request of a righteous person is very powerful in its effect. (James 5:15-16)

For if you forgive people their wrongdoing, your heavenly Father will forgive you as well. But if you don’t forgive people, your Father will not forgive your wrongdoing. (Matthew 6:15)

…if you offer yourself to the hungry,
and satisfy the afflicted one,
then your light will shine in the darkness,
and your night will be like noonday.
The Lord will always lead you,
satisfy you in a parched land,
and strengthen your bones.
You will be like a watered garden
and like a spring whose waters never run dry. (Isaiah 58:10-11)

“Tell everyone that I am coming soon for My bride”

Then they said to Him, “John’s disciples fast often and say prayers, and those of the Pharisees do the same, but Yours eat and drink.”

Jesus said to them, “You can’t make the wedding guests fast while the groom is with them, can you? But the time will come when the groom will be taken away from them—then they will fast in those days.” (Luke 5:33-35)

I also saw the Holy City, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband. (Revelation 21:2)

 Both the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” Anyone who hears should say, “Come!” And the one who is thirsty should come. Whoever desires should take the living water as a gift. (Revelation 22:17)

Critics of end-time Bible prophecy often say exactly what the Bible said they would say. 2 Peter 3:3-4 (NASB) says, “In the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, and saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.’”

Wars and rumors of war? Nothing new there, they say. Famines? They were worse in the past. Plagues and pandemics? We had a bad one for a couple of years, but the world has had worse. Lawlessness? Humanity has always had its crooks and creeps. Deception? People started lying right after they started talking. So, what’s new? What’s different?

Those samples of end-time signs all come from the words of Jesus in Matthew 24. There are lots of others, but let’s look briefly at these and see what makes them different today.

Wars and rumors of war. — Before each of the first two World Wars, everyone saw the terrible possibilities. But almost no one really thought it would happen. They thought cooler heads would prevail. But cool heads did not prevail. Pride prevailed. Greed prevailed. Hate prevailed.

It’s happening again, but this time with the added threat of nuclear weapons. As before, no one believes it will really happen. But the signs are there. War threatens every part of the earth, especially Europe. In Ukraine, Russian arrogance has been shattered. Their president, Vladimir Putin, is as proud and as careless with human life as Hitler or Mussolini. And right now, he’s like a wounded animal… with nukes.

That is just one factor that has turned planet earth into a tinderbox. Another would be severe shortages, especially of oil. This is a classic and historic cause of war. And we’re on the verge of shortages not seen since the last World War.

Famine. — This summer, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that present food shortages could trigger a global “catastrophe.” The soaring cost of fertilizer, the war in Ukraine, drought, and many other issues, have placed earth on the brink of major famines — maybe sooner than you think and in places you never thought famine was possible.

Pandemics and plagues. — The Covid pandemic still rages, and others threaten. Technology has made our generation more vulnerability to disease, not less. Several biological threats lurk on the fringes of civilization right now — many of them manmade. Also, superbugs are still on the rise, and we have no known solution to the crises they threaten.

There are other kinds of plagues as well. For instance, computer viruses carry the threat of cutting off essential water, electricity, food, and health care to entire regions.

Lawlessness. — Still another kind of pandemic was recently pointed out by scientists at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. They reported that 18% of Californians — one in six — experienced physical or sexual violence in the past year. That doesn’t include theft or vandalism or fraud or any number of other crimes. This number only reflects violent crime, and it’s getting worse. Principal investigator Anita Raj said, “Californians are experiencing violence at epidemic proportions.” California is just one example. The epidemic of lawlessness knows no regional or national boundaries. It is global in scope.

Deception. — Fake news is not new. But it has never before been possible on the scale we see today. A global media outlet is built into every new phone. This explosion of media means opportunities for mass deception like no one even dreamed of before this century.

These are just a few of the signs Jesus pointed out in Matthew 24. And that’s just one chapter of the Bible. What’s unique about today is that all the hundreds of biblical end-time signs are converging and intensifying. The 1918 flu killed a higher percentage of people than Covid-19, but the modern nation of Israel did not exist then. Geopolitical alliances predicted in the Bible were not forming at every turn. Satanism was not exploding in popularity and influence. The 1918 pandemic was not accompanied by a rise of technology perfectly fitted to Antichrist and the mark of the beast.

The signs are all coming together right now. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Take care of your business, but do not let the cares of this world distract you from Him. Look up. Maranatha! Jesus is coming soon!

You mention the Coming Catastrophe in the link. If you really did study the Prophetic Word, then you should know what the Lord will use to destroy the attackers of Israel and to change the world.

Worldwide Catastrophe:
Modern science generally denies catastrophism as the means whereby geological strata was formed and historians fail to account for some sudden changes being attributable to natural disasters. Their preferred theories are gradual changes over long periods, as in the theory of evolution, of millions of years. No real attempt is made to deny that the reason for this stance, is to avoid any hint that a Supreme Deity could be responsible.

Serious research of historical, geological and archaeological facts, does prove that in the past there were sudden and disastrous events, altering the earth’s environment, causing the death of civilizations and even altering the earths orbit.

The Bible, our one true guide, gives details of how God has acted in His creation in the past and prophesies that He will do so again in the future. Most of the events described, past and future, can actually be attributed to natural occurrences. This is understandable, for to do a straight out miracle would remove any doubt about His existence, thereby abrogating our free will. All creation is under His control, He has established everything according to His purposes.

The records, written and oral of many peoples, proves that circa 1495 BCE there occurred a close bypass of a large celestial object. The comet Typhon gained a place in Greek traditions as a mighty destructive monster, that hurled red hot rocks, roared loudly and caused the earth to quake. It is called Titan [Roman], Seth [Egyptian], Thor [Nordic], and Mexican, Finnish, African, South & North American and even Pacific Island peoples, have vivid traditions of how a fiery blast caused the sky to fall and killed almost everyone.

We know the date of the Babylonian conquest of Judah – 586 BCE. Counting back the years each king of Judah reigned to King Solomon’s dedication of the Temple is a total of 429 years, plus 480 years to when the Torah was given, [1 Kings 6:1]: gives the date of 1495 BCE as the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt.

The Apostle Paul states in 1 Corinthians 10:11 ‘All the things that happened to them [the Israelites], were symbolic and were recorded as a warning for us, upon whom the end of the age has come’. So according to Paul and many other prophets, we can expect a similar occurrence in our days. Prophesy chapters such as Isaiah 24, Jeremiah 4, Ezekiel 7, Joel 2, Amos 9, Habakkuk 3, Zephaniah 1,2,& 3, Malachi 4, 2 Peter 3 and of course: Revelation 6:12-17, the Sixth Seal, all warn us of an impending worldwide disaster.

Possible explanations of some of what happened in the first Exodus:

Crossing the Red sea: The powerful East wind – caused by the heating of the Mediterranean. Also the gravitational attraction of this comet, made for extreme tides.

The Egyptian plagues: Waters turned to blood – comet debris falling to earth. Deaths – by poisoning and asphyxiation.

Darkness: Sun moon and stars obscured by comet dust and volcanic ash.

Manna: Numbers 11:7-9 This substance cannot possibly be from Tamarisk trees, what they produce is only seasonal and very limited. It is reported that comets may consist of some carbon and hydrates. If this material came into our atmosphere, it could condense in the cool of night into carbohydrate flakes, that would be edible and would evaporate in daytime. This phenomenon is recorded by other peoples and is the means that many of them survived.

Calendar changes: Many ancient sources prove that before this shocking disaster, civilizations used a 360 day calendar. This comets position of travel must have been behind earth’s orbit and its gravity made our planet slow to a 365.24 year. There are a lot of references to resetting the calendar and we only got it corrected about mid common era. We see in Isaiah 13:13, the earth will again be moved out of her place, but this time the earth will speed up and once again orbit the sun in 360 days. This makes the times as given to us in Daniel and Revelation fit perfectly for the last seven years of this era.

But the next time the Lord will correct our civilization, it will be by fire from the sun. Isaiah 30:26a
